Hate surprise utility bills? You're in luck! As a resident, you'll enjoy having a consistent flat fee of $40 for studio/one-bedroom homes or $60 for two-bedroom homes. This fee covers water, sewer, and trash service. The fee for Wifi service is $60.00 per month for all residents. Please visit Great Plains Communications and select 300 Mbps to register for internet service. Are you a super-user? Fiber internet speeds of up to 1 Gb are available for an additional cost.
