ivi is a pet-friendly apartment community, providing a wonderful place for you and your loveable companion. We believe that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. Live a care-free life with your pet by your side for only a $350 fee and $45 monthly pet rent per pet. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call during our normal business hours. There is no pet weight limit for first-floor apartments. 2nd floors and above have a pet weight limit of 50 pounds for each pet.
